2. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, certificates, and tags.
3. Custom-made, personalized, engraved items, and special orders are final sale and non-returnable, unless defective.
Refund Method
1. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Store credit is not offered in place of a refund.
3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
1. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
